Applying for this position involves a multi-stage screening process. It starts with every applicant sending their CV through our LinkedIn job post. If their profile fits the position, they are asked to complete a short cognitive and skill assessment. Candidates who are successful are invited for a screening call with the hiring manager. In the last stage, they complete another in-depth practical test, followed by a closing interview with the extended team to finish their application.

For now, we ask you to complete the short cognitive and skill assessment, which consists of two parts:

• Part 1, the cognitive and language assessment, takes 13 minutes. During that test, you can answer 40 quick-fire single-choice questions to demonstrate your English language skills and abstract reasoning. You need to pass it to move on.
• Part 2, the skill assessment, takes around 30-40 minutes and tests your social media strategy skills.

If you pass both tests, we will invite you to an online screening interview with the hiring manager to get to know you better and give you an opportunity to ask questions about the company or this position.

Information for the final stage will be shared with you as you move forward in the process.

Yes, you can start the application now and finish it sometime later. However: you cannot take breaks during a test - if you start a test, you need to finish it within the allocated time. And we cannot guarantee that the position will still be available when you decide to finish your application some other day - it could be that the position will already be filled by the time you come back.

We do not share your data with third parties.

For the application process, we naturally need some data about you - you share it with us at the beginning of the application (first name, last name, email address, date of birth, official country of residence). We also collect and store your responses to our tests to evaluate your test results and inform you about passing or failing the test. If you pass all tests, we will contact you using your email address to find an appointment for an interview.

We store this data on company servers and delete it when the position is filled or 3 months after you start your application, whichever comes first.
